Careline is an intermediation and coordination service. Careline does not provide medical care, does not give medical advice, and does not carry out diagnosis. Care is delivered by independent healthcare professionals who remain solely responsible for their acts.
Careline is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment. Careline reviews each request and, where possible, proposes one or several practitioners matching the criteria provided, subject to availability and to the regulations applicable in the country concerned.
You undertake to provide accurate information, to use the service lawfully, and not to submit content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
Careline undertakes to provide the coordination service with reasonable care. Careline cannot be held liable for the medical acts, availability, pricing or decisions of independent professionals. Careline's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
The site, its content and its trademarks are protected. No reproduction is permitted without prior written authorisation.
These terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute relating to the use of Careline or to the interpretation of these terms, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
